Our Returns, Credits and Exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date delivered. If 30 days have passed, we can’t offer you a full credit or exchange.
Credits are only eligible if:
- There are defects in the fabric, making the fabric unusable. (proof is required)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please give us a call on 1800 641 901 to discuss.
Contact our customer service team to initiate the credit process. Provide details about your purchase and reason for the credit request.
Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will be processed, and will be automatically applied to your account.
There are certain situations where only partial credits are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Only regular priced items may be credited. Sale items cannot be credited.
